iPCN was built by people who run NHS general practice and PCNs day to day — not a generic software team guessing at the workflow. It's already in use running staff records, compliance, training and CQC governance in real NHS primary care settings.
Why we built it
The admin was already there. The spreadsheets didn't need to be.
Running a practice or a PCN means the same evidence gets asked for again and again — who's trained, who's compliant, who signed off which policy, what the rota looked like last month. Before iPCN, that evidence lived across a policy folder, a separate eLearning login, and more than one spreadsheet. iPCN puts staff records, leave, rotas, compliance, training, policies, CQC governance, appraisals and recruitment behind one login, with Alom AI built in to verify evidence and flag what's gone out of date — so the answer is ready whenever someone asks for it, not assembled the night before.
